In this case, multiple names and phone numbers were provided, which created confusion and made it impossible to properly verify the booking. When you stated you were outside the salon, no one was there. It's important that clients use their correct information when booking, as this ensures a smooth and professional experience. My salon was open and available at the scheduled time — the miscommunication did not come from my end.
