Erica has been doing my hair for years. Even when majority of the reviews on her other booking app (the cut) were literally ALL NEGATIVE. I still gave... her a chance. Multiple rescheduling, once almost making me miss my uncle’s funeral. I just started doing my own hair. This last appointment sealed the deal! I wasn’t going to give her the deposit until I knew she was ACTUALLY here in the city because she’s never in place! She, of course, led with the “I can’t promise you it will be available.” So, against my better judgment I sent it. The rest, I’ll just let the pictures speak for themselves. This is the real Erica. She’s been like this and clearly will always be! I’m not sure of how many people she has taken money from AND WITHHELD, with NO SERVICE ON HER PART! Please book with caution. It wouldn’t let me upload all of the photos. But, my deposit was never returned! Nothing I hate more than a liar and a THIEF!

I wish Booksy allowed screenshots so I could upload the remainder of our conversation along with the Zelle confirmation showing the deposit was refunded. I take my name and business seriously and do not appreciate misinformation being shared, especially when I consistently show up and provide quality service. I did communicate in advance about the missed flights, and although I was unable to accommodate you on time, the deposit was fully refunded on December 17th at 3:41 PM. While I find it unusual that this review was posted nearly two weeks later, I respect your right to share your opinion. Thank you for your past business, and I wish you the best moving forward. Erica left me waiting for an hour then texted to reschedule. When I rescheduled for the next day she didn’t even show up no text no call.I sent her a... deposit of $50 and haven’t received it back.Don’t book her she has no idea what the word professionalism means. I drove all the way from Kendall to get my son’s hair done and she just wasted my weekend. ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS CANT BE WRONG. Notice how she didn’t even comment on my review. She knows she’s a scammer. Erica I hope you were able to buy yourself a hot meal with my money you broke bch.
