Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet your expectations. You booked a regular retwist but didn’t include the add-on for smaller locs that are past shoulder length, which typically requires additional time. I also noticed that the top section of your locs had uneven parting from whomever started your loc journey. I did my best to correct and maintain your locs while keeping the style fresh. I truly appreciate you coming in and wish you the best on your hair journey.
