My service was outstanding. The entire experience was an experience I’ve never experienced before. Booking was quick. If you have questions she is ava...ilable anytime to answer them. I actually texted her the night before at about 11pm thinking she would get to me the next morning but to my surprise, she responded within 5minutes. The location is very easy to find. And finally, the reason for my appointment… The Trine Facial. I can already see some differences around my eyes and lips. I told Countess Ivory about my skin concerns and she made sure to target those areas. Cool Bonus on top of this, she gave me some sample sized products to use at home. All in all… I would definitely recommend this place. 5 Big Golden Stars! Show more

Countess Ivory is an absolute doll. My appointment was originally for Tuesday but I had to make a run early in the morning to Denver(I live in Cheyenn...e WY) so I decided to call and just see if she might be available. I know on her site it said she was closed but I figured I would take the chance and to my surprise, she answered and told me I could come in in a couple hours. I could tell she was still asleep so that alone was impressive. Her location is very easy to get to and easy to find. Her service was just as enjoyable as her personality. I book the microcurrent facial and I can already see a small difference around my eye area. This girl loves her job and truly knows her stuff! I mean she is just an absolute joy to be around. I would give her 100 stars if I could. I will definitely come back, it’s definitely worth the trip. Show more

Ivory is very informative and knowledgeable of her craft. She is eager to educate and it shows. She has a great personality as well. You can really tell she truly enjoys her work.
