Mr Ortiz was excellent. Shaved my head like a cue ball took his tune then he trimmed up my beard also used a straight razor to touch up the line work... and make my beard sharp. He also used a hot towel and provided a complimentary hand massage on my face and shoulder to further help me relax and enjoy mu experience. I would highly recommend his services 5 stars Show more
