Definitely don’t like how my hair came out, and don’t like that no refund, not even partially, was offered to rectify this situation. I was booked f...or simple passion twists. They were originally supposed to be $180, but I ended up paying $240. My twists were unraveling literally 15 minutes after my appointment, indicating that they were twisted in the wrong direction. I was okay with fixing one or two twists, but I ended up getting at least 18 twists redone, which is egregious and unacceptable. As I was leaving for a flight soon after my hair appointment, there was no time to get them redone. I asked for a refund twice, which has not been given. I would not recommend and I definitely won’t be back. Very unprofessional and I feel like she played in my head. Show more

It wasn’t the braider fault but rather a wrong choice of hair the client brought. She by Herself said she tried to twist the same hair some days it kept untwisted, so I told her I will try. she compliant it was u twisting I asked her to come back so could fix it. But she refused and instead asked for refund with a message I don’t even see so the whole time I was waiting for her to let me know when she is available till last night I saw her review. Went ahead and texted her but her reply was u didnot reply to my refund msg. I didn’t promise her a refund rather was planning to go over the hair again an fix the untwisted ones. I tried my best to make her happy from the beginning which she was and tip $15. Concerning the price she was charged, on the site was medium for 180 but when she came she asked for small medium which was 240. I never cheated her but rather was trying to make her satisfied. All love🙏🏻😍

She took her time to make ...sure every braid was neat, even, and exactly how I wanted. The parts were clean, the tension was perfect — not too tight, but secure enough to last. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and had such good energy, which made the appointment fly by. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair, and it still looks fresh days later.
