🚫DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!🚩 I flew all the way from Kentucky to Dallas specifically to get my hair retightened with JayySlayyLocs—an appointment I sc...heduled 3 days in advance for 11:00 AM. I arrived on time, called six times, and got no response. Over an hour later, at 12:10 PM, she finally returned my call, sounding completely confused and even asked, “What’s today?” That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. It was a complete waste of my time and money. I couldn’t give zero stars unfortunately. That one star is generous. Show more

I do apologize for the mix up again but as I previously explained no appointments where available for the weekend due to being closed there was a mix up with Booksy not closing the books properly that I have since resolved. No payment was billed for this service. I hope have a great day.
