When I arrived for my scheduled appointment the lights were off and doors locked. I also had to ask another business owner in the building where to go... to find the suite to begin with, as there was no prior communication from Alyssa about where to go or when to arrive. Luckily I arrived 15 minutes early so someone could direct me, but waited until 10 minutes past my appointment time and Alyssa never arrived.

Unprofessional on so many levels. Showed up to my massage and messaged her I was going to be late 5 min. She texted me back saying she couldn’t make i...t due to her son. No prior phone calls, no text message, no voice mail. We live in 2026 and you can’t find a way to notify people ? Yeah right. Lying about calling me when you didn’t also is just weird behavior. At some point, your bad reviews/service/shitty communication will sink your business entirely. Good luck
