Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry your son left disappointed, especially with his birthday coming up. I always aim to provide a positive experience for every client. Starter locs can go through an unraveling phase depending on hair texture, maintenance, and daily activity, which was explained during the appointment. After you reached out, I did try to offer a solution, but unfortunately we were unable to come to an agreement that felt fair for both sides. I never want any client to feel unheard or mistreated, and I do appreciate you giving me the opportunity to work with your son. I sincerely wish him the best on his loc journey moving forward.
