Extremely disappointed. I had an appointment scheduled with LalaStyles, and she even sent a confirmation text the day before. Then, the next day—on th...e day of the appointment—she canceled. I explained that I couldn’t reschedule due to my work schedule and asked for my deposit back. I never received it. I understand that things come up, but canceling last minute and still keeping a client’s deposit is unprofessional and unfair. I won’t be booking again and do not recommend based on this experience. i love love loveeeeeee my hair ! will definetely come back again . my braids are so neat , the perfect length & not at all tight ! not to mention the ...time I spent there was not at all what i expected . lala has great customer service & makes your appointment all worth while . she doesn’t rush & will still finish your hair before the expected time . i enjoyed my experience 10/10 for sure !
