Hello Ashley, I’m glad you patronized my business and for that, I’m truly grateful. I braid with passion and have always had good reviews. You presented a style which I regularly do, but unfortunately, that part of your head is less hairy and you acknowledged that it has always been a challenge. I tried my best and you were happy when leaving. When you got home, you said on a second look, you want the less hairy part fixed again to your taste, you came back and I spent 2 more hours for free on it and you left being satisfied and that was on the 27th May. You called again on the 6th of June asking to come same day to fix your hair again after 11 days being on vacation and I said I was booked for that day. Asked you to book for another day, that is why you got so angry and frustrated because I didn’t create a schedule for you based on the time you need. I am sorry if you feel that way but you should understand that I couldn’t take off another person's schedule to fit yours.
