  Please come with clean washed hair if possible. Clean canvas = clean work. I will not cut your hair if you have excessive dandruff / soiled hair

- Late fee/ cancellation
  
  1️⃣ you can be 5mins late to your appointment (grace period) but once it hits 5mins+ there is a late fee 2️⃣ Anything 10mins + late may result in a cancellation + fee 3️⃣ Short notice cancellations are also a fee 4️⃣❗️Cancellations are allowed if given atleast 6-8hr notice 5️⃣‼️ Late fee may be excused if you arrive and I’m behind on my schedule meaning I am still busy with a haircut 🔑 Communication is key so just always talk to me but also respect my time as a business
