I made an appt for my son (new client) on Booksy and Kevo was a NO SHOW! Thank goodness someone else in the salon was able to cut his hair. No one f...rom the barbershop could contact him or get in touch with him: I even tried to reach out because I would be 2 minutes late only for him never to come.

I apologize for this experience. I had closed my booking site and didn’t realize the appointment still went through, I’m currently out of town.
