Plain & simple Josh takes super long for a hair cut & he's careless, try him so you can see, Josh needs to refresh his training is too expensive of a ...haircut to get literally cut with a blade and for the blend to have lines while an hour & half later you're still on the chair & the barber's around him are on their second customer.
