Recently followed nail tech Rose to this salon. She does phenomenal work bringing nail inspo pics to life which I love and I get complements for weeks... after my manicures. The salon is clean and well equipped with new pedicure chairs. The selection of polish & nail art is on trend. The owner Paul is accommodating and attentive to customers. My nails were terrible 4 were crooked and there were visable bubbles in the builder gel. So I called and came back the next day.I did not get the same... treatment I did the day before. The owner seemed upset with me, it was so awkward to sit there while he tried to fix my crooked nails. I didn't like the way he was going about fixing my nails. I think he got upset with me because he had to remove everything and start new. He proceeded to tell me I was an indecisive person, Which I am not i was happy with the shape just not the crooked nails. I tried to make conversation with him as much as possible. He just was not like that the day before .... Pleasant and happy. I had to go to another place after I left there and have my nails fixed and repainted. Paul i wish you the best. Always remember keep you customer happy. I think I got unhappy with your service when you started to blame me for my crooked fingers and the air bubbles. Never once was I ever told that my fingers were crooked and never once did I ever get four crooked Nails placed. I just think that you were upset because you had to redo the nails and you told me that you weren't planning on spending so much time on fixing them. I'm sorry that you had to fix my nails. Also Paul is not the tech that did the original job,it was Vincent. Show more
