When i arri...ved i felt comfortable, and was greeted with kindness and such meekness. Kenberly immediately asked me how i was feeling as I was nervous and excited. she asked if I wanted to listen to music and asked me what my choice of music was, she even got me a stress ball which was very beneficial for me during the process. i am extremely happy with the end results as my lips look beautiful. definitely a 5 star experience.
