We want to clarify some points for greater transparency: • The appointment schedule was modified in advance through the application, which requests confirmation from the client before approving any change and you accepted it. • The service booked at your appointment was Russian manicure with hard gel. Color and design are additional services that require extra time on the agenda. In your first visit, as a courtesy, this additional was included, but we explained that on future occasions it was important to add it when scheduling. • As for the attention, our team always maintains a respectful and professional treatment. If at any time you felt the opposite, we sincerely regret that perception, since it is never our intention to make any customer or their companions feel uncomfortable. Thank you
