I booked through the app and was automatically confirmed. The artist says the booking was accepted by mistake which I completely understand, but I did...n’t hear back from her until I had already drove out and was waiting outside the gate. Even then I still had to message again before getting that response. My initial message was sent 2 hours before my start time so I feel like this situation could have been avoided.
