I unfortunately need to take back my previous review and not people please. Overall, the environment and people at Undisputed were great, no doubt abo...ut that. Jaycee was super nice but the overall cut/experience was not very good. Jaycee did well with my haircut but when it came to the full face shave, it was quite nerve-racking. In my opinion, Jaycee doesn’t know, or at least isn’t confident enough to shave a face. I ended up over an hour late for work due to Jaycee not knowing how to communicate with me that she wasn’t confident in shaving my face. The left side of my face has a bunch of cuts and I’m breaking out pretty decently. The right side of my face that her co-worker did looks amazing and I have just one tiny red bump.
