Hello clients she came in asking for her haircut like the pictures when she clearly didn’t have as much hair as the pictures. I did the best of my ability to make the haircut look like the pictures even though she didn’t have the same hair texture. I also do not use straight razors on the back of people necks because there is no need. She claims that the back of her head was messy but the haircut she asked for was a messy Edgar. She sat in my chair complaining for 20 minutes making my next client 20 mins late for his appointment. After I told her I can’t fix anything because trying to fix it will just mess it up she was demanding a refund so I gave her a refund and went on about our days.
