From the moment I sat down, he made me feel comfortable and truly listened. With just the simplest explanation of what I wanted, he immediately understood my style — and even gave his own expert advice that took the cut to the next level. What impressed me most was the care and attention to detail. He took his time, added thoughtful touches like a shampoo and condition to make sure everything was perfect, and never once rushed the process. His professionalism is matched by his warmth — he’s approachable, genuine, and his contagious smile makes the whole experience even better. I walked out feeling fresh, confident, and more than satisfied , I felt appreciated as a client. I’ll absolutely be returning to Fermin on a bi-weekly basis, because he doesn’t just give a haircut — he delivers an experience. Also I would like to point out the atmosphere was so welcoming with the decor being so bright and positive. Love going to this place as Carmen the owner has been nothing but kind to me.
