Personalmente, yo no solía mantener mi uñas arregladas, pero luego del servicio en Diversité —pedicura también— quedé maravillado y fascinado. Ahora s...í mantengo mis uñas arregladas con shellac o gel, pero sobre todo las cutículas, que particularmente siempre se me ha hecho muy difícil mantener mis cutículas cuidadas. Not only I spend money on uber the Nail tech wasn’t there I didn’t received a call from the nail tech in advance to let me know the “glitch” of Booksy... or that it required a booking prior the time slot available and then when I was there she told me via phone “you schedule a 2:30 pm appointment at 1:00pm” she return the deposit but the attitude was like “your bad” as a person who works in customer service in the beauty industry this type of situations are ratchet, if I don’t know your policies as a nail technician and you notice the appointment was schedule you should have text or call the customer to let them know your availability. 🥴🥴🥴 Show more

I sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding your appointment. In this case, I did not receive any notification from the app, so I wasn’t aware of the scheduled time. Even so, I offered the option to reschedule for the next available slot, but I understand you preferred not to. For that reason, your deposit was promptly refunded. This was a situation completely out of my control and the first time something like this has happened, but I always strive to resolve any issue fairly and with the same dedication and quality of service that define my work. I truly appreciate your understanding and feedback, as it helps me continue improving every day. 💅🏼✨
