Third Chance, Severe Disappointment and Injury I gave this nail technician a third and final chance yesterday, and I am writing this review while in s...evere physical pain due to the resulting injuries. The appointment duration was excessive, starting at 10:30 AM and finally finishing at 2:15 PM. Despite the lengthy time commitment, the quality of the service was shockingly poor. I experienced multiple, repeated cuts during the service, resulting in actual injuries to my cuticles and nail beds. This level of unprofessionalism and injury is simply unacceptable for a beauty service. Furthermore, the work itself was sloppy and completely substandard. The initial cleaning and preparation were inadequate, and the final application is uneven and rushed. The edges of the nails are visibly inconsistent and the overall appearance is messy. Given the physical pain and harm inflicted, combined with the extreme lack of care and quality demonstrated, I firmly believe this individual is not qualified to be performing nail services. Future customers should be aware that this service resulted in both an unwearable finish and actual injuries. Show more
