I did greet you and say “hey” when you arrived, but I’m not naturally a very talkative person, so I apologize if I wasn’t as conversational as you would have liked. I also want to note that you arrived without payment ready and your hair was not properly blow-dried, which can contribute to some of the tightness or discomfort you experienced. I truly apologize for the inconvenience and have already taken money off your service. If there was something you wanted adjusted during the appointment, I would have been happy to fix anything you didn’t like right then. I’m a stylist, not even just a stylist but a regular person that accepts criticism and/or feedback especially when it comes to something you’re paying for. I do want to acknowledge that the color mix-up was my fault, and I didn’t realize it until your appointment time due to having back-to-back clients all month. The client I had later in the day also had 1B hair, and I’m used to you always getting that shade, even though we had discussed a different color in our messages, so that was the mix up on my end. As for the parting, those are my medium-size parts. Every braider has their own parting technique, and every client’s head size and shape is different, so results can vary slightly. Also, your hair is more on the thinner side I braid accordingly to the clients hair density, adding too much braiding hair will give your hair a bulky look while also making it heavy. As for the parking yes it’s not parking friendly and that is for safety reasons and I let that be known to my clients before hand. as long as you’re parked in front of my building you’re fine, with no penalty’s. Since parking is out of my control there isn’t much I can say about that. Thank you for understanding, and I appreciate your support.
