Hello Sandra, ​I do remember our appointment clearly. You specifically requested a high temp fade and asked for the hair to be cut down to the shortest possible length I cut it down to a 1 leaving the top as short as possible and dark, you requested it be cut down shorter after. ​I want to assure you that I performed the service exactly as requested, and a high temp fade cut down to a 0.5 guard on the sides and back will naturally result in a very tight, see-through look near the fading point. This is the technical outcome of removing that much density at the top While it may appear "patchy or bold" it is the result of that ultra-short length. -Mannyblendz
