Replying for transparency, this client had to be rescheduled for an appointment due to me throwing up during his appointment (which he heard himself) to which i later found out i had covid and wasn’t able to reschedule him for the event he needed to go to. As apologetic as I am your hair wasn’t done for the wedding you had to attend, I cannot do hair with a contagious virus for you or any other client. Have a blessed day

My hair came out better than I expected, and she was cool, she’s very good at her craft. You can sit and talk to her all day, you will be comfortable.... However, the communication, and time management definitely needs improvements. The app gave me the wrong time, ok cool but she still was late for the appointment when it was corrected. She didn’t use human hair that I wanted and we discuss this two weeks prior. (Used a blend. It’s a reason I asked for human hair). So much can be worked on. She is a good stylist, she’s definitely good at her job. I won’t take that from her at all. & it’s not exactly the style asked, for, well at least the top isn’t.

Thanks for sharing your experience, for transparency on all ends you booked on an off day of mine (which booksy should not have allowed you to do so) if your appointment was confirmed you would have been charged a deposit which you were not, I have family visiting which i made you aware of 4 hours ahead of the time I would have been able to squeeze you in, after going over our itinerary for the day I reached out an HOUR before to let you know i could no longer accommodate you, tried to reschedule, and sent a recommendation of a stylist who could take you the same day. I do understand the inconvenience, wish you the best !

I had another great experience getting my hair done yesterday. The wash was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. She truly has magic hands. The environme...nt is always comfortable, friendly, and welcoming. My hair comes out flawless every time, and this was my second visit with her. Consistent quality and amazing service!
