We were there at 6:00 for my husband’s 6:15 appointment on Saturday, February 14th with John Frank. When we arrived the doors were locked and no one w...as in the shop. We waited until 6:30 and no one showed up. We knocked on the door and called the answering service multiple times. They charged us before we could book, so now we’re going to have to argue with them to get our money back. If you’re not open, the. Don’t take appointments.
