He did OK, my son is autistic and so I had to stand and help him keep his head in the direction he needed. I apologize if my previous review comment ...may have came off defensively and for arriving 10min late due to I am new to the TX area, although I did contact you as soon as I missed my exit and knew that I was going to be running late. Upon arrival I showed you the picture on the right is what we wanted which is different from what we got. Respectfully, please dont blame my child for the outcome of the haircute on his head for this isn't the first time he has gotten his hair cute like the design we requested. I really appreciate your time and the comfortable setting you have in place for your clients. With that being said, all is written with love and respect. Show more

Sorry you feel that way. When you come late and your 12 year old son can’t sit still, it’s hard to do my job. It was a 40 minute service that took and hour and a half.

He can cut, bu...t his communicative skills about his scheduling mishaps are HORRIBLE. He’ll have himself available for the day and because he thinks it’s fair to cancel your appointment because he has gaps in his schedule and then YOU will be the one to suffer because he doesn’t give a f***. Then when you call or text, he’ll ignore you if it’s not conducive to him. He doesn’t care about losing loyal clients…PERIOD. Show more
