Most of the time, Rico does decent. But about 25% of the time, he’ll mess you up. I asked him to give me a lineup, fade the sides, and to take A LITTL...E off the top. Word for word. He then proceeds to cut off most of my hair. And then he says, “there, you can start over.” Like come on dude. I didn’t want to make a scene in front of his customers or colleague so I respectfully texted him after to discuss the matter. I got no response. I texted him again the next day, and no response. He’s done this a few times over the years. I didn’t want to leave a negative review but if you can’t even respond to my text, I’ll know you’ll more than likely respond to this. Show more

Boss perhaps there’s more than just a communicationt gap than just text messages! I apologize about the cut if it's too short! You know I will always make things good between us! Also I don't really check text messages! I take care of my mother whom had dementia and most people just call me because they know when I am not at the shop I am with her so please don't take that personal! Bro we will work this out !!!!
