Great haircut...

I get there for both my son’s and nephew’s appointment with Helton he told us to wait in our car because he wasn’t finish with someone else which is understandable but spending an hour in the car not one phone call saying to come in is ridiculous and... neither one of them got their haircut. The number they have on Google doesn’t work because I called about 8 times yesterday and twice this morning to see if they would give me another appointment today the phone kept ringing busy. Not sure what’s going on but the service needs to be better than that.

The reason why i gave a one star is because i booked an appointment for 3 & once i get there the barber only services 1 of the 3 i had an appointment for & goes and asks another barber to cut the other 2 Individuals i had . I didnt mind but the outco...me of the hair cut was something i didnt not like . The line up was so offf & i just was not Satisfied. I just advise the barber next time if i book with him I expect that he is to do my children’s hair not someone else that i never booked with !!!!
