Stopped going once before because he didnt listen to my instructions about how i wanted my hair cutt, kept over talking and didn't follow directions. ...Decided to give another chance gave specific directions not to cut beard off. Again over talking not listening and cut beard entirely off and still never trimmed part that I asked him to trim, 2 too many bad experiences for me, not going back!!
