Jess always does such an amazing job with my nails! all my years that I have been getting my nails done, this is the first time that I don’t struggle ...with the acrylic lifting and my hair getting caught in between my nail and the acrylic. My nails have almost never chipped (and if they have it because I have a job that requires me to be very hands-on) . The longest I’ve gone without getting a fill was almost 2 months and I will still getting compliments on my nails! Show more

Jessica is VERY nice and I enjoyed chatting with her. I wish my experience was better overall. I showed up at 10am and my pedicure didn’t begin until ...1040. Painting and cuticle care was excellent however she did not scrub my heels or use scrub on my legs. In addition, it was my mistake that I did not see on booksy that removal of dip/acrylic was an additional $15/15 minutes and needed to be booked at the time that you booked your manicure. I ended up not being able to get my nails done because of this mistake. Show more

Hi Shaney! Thanks for leaving a review. You are right, I did not use a pumice scub on your heels! We were so into conversation that I missed it! I am very sorry for that. I don't skip steps…. Ever!! I'm deeply sorry. As far as not getting scrub on your legs, you were not scheduled for a scrub. That was not a part of your pedicure. As far as the timing, I’ve already made the changes to my services to make them longer. Now when clients book, slots will no longer be missed, therefore I will never go over in time. Thank you for letting me know about your experience, this helps me tremendously. I’d love to invite you back to The Nail Room with a $15 credit, with a much better experience. Hope to see you soon! 😊
