Retwist And Style

Unfortunately, this was the worse loc appointment I've had. I will start with the positive - the stylist was able to accommodate me same day (or at ...least her booking indicated she would be able to). It was downhill from there. 1: I get there, and someone else starts to wash me, doesn't condition me, and starts to retwist me. 2: I booked a retwist and style, which is stated to take 2hours and 15 minutes. Two hours in, I still had not finished being retwisted, or dried. 2 hours and 45 minutes in, I still hadn't been dried. I was rushing at that point, and wasn't even able to get styled. 3: The actual stylist didn't get to me until about 10 minutes left. 4: The person who retwisted me was extremelyyyy slow, and I have no idea what technique they were using. My locs have never looked like this, and I have several locs with pieces of hair coming out of them, which I have never had. 5: I left, 3 hours later, with no style, a terrible retwist, and WET HAIR. I have never experienced such bad service before. While the stylist seemed friendly, her poor communication and the unethical nature of having someone else (who knows what their credentials are) style a client is unacceptable in my book. Thank you for your honest review. Once again I will apologize to you for not being able to meet your time requirements but I did explain to you during our call that the time was an estimate and not a guarantee due to a number of factors and dry time being one of them. I also explained that I had two clients that I was working on when you tried to see if I could accommodate you earlier than the appointment that you scheduled. As for the young lady that did your hair she is a licensed cosmetologist she however specializes in nails and does hair as well. As away to make up your inconvenience I also gave you half off your services. I truly do pride myself in customer service and wish you would have discussed your feelings with me and we could have scheduled an accommodation. However I truly do wish you nothing but peace and blessings. Happy Thanksgiving
