⭐ 1 Star — Very Disappointed With the Service I booked a touch-up for my daughter’s knotless braids, specifically for only 3 rows in the front. The t...ouch-up service was listed at $60. We originally paid $175 for her entire head, and the expectation was simply to refresh those three rows. Unfortunately, the touch-up took approximately 6.5 hours, and the finished result was not what I booked. Instead of the knotless braids being properly touched up, she ended up with what looks like box-knot braids in the front. Please look at the photos and judge the finished work for yourself. What made the experience even more frustrating was that after the service, the price was changed from the advertised $60 touch-up to $120. I was charged $120 for a service that was supposed to be a $60 touch-up of only three rows. The 6.5-hour wait, the quality of the work, and the unexpected price change were all extremely disappointing. I paid $175 for the original full head and was more than willing to pay the advertised $60 for the touch-up, but I absolutely did not expect to be charged $120 for this result. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I feel the service and final product did not match what I booked or what was advertised.

I’m sorry that things didn’t work out in regards to the fees appointmentds to timing and the amount of work needed . The service needed required more time than at first as scheduled based on the amount of time for shampooing, conditioning the size and amount of braids, needed, and the amount of braids needed to coincide with the existing braids, size proportionately matched to the rest of your daughters hair. I would ad the price range and tax that are asked on the sale of the service is reflected in the amount due upon conclusion of the service. It is not my intent to make any client uncomfortable and I found her to be as a personable and charming an experience during the service that any stylist could ask of. I also suppled lunch during her visit as a curtesy to the time frame and intricate details of her service needs opposed to the amount discussed in making the appointment as discussed each time asked of the timeframe and the amount of braids needed. My hopes is that we could speak in person in an effort to ease your discomfort in the result. If not I’m sorry for the misunderstanding within the effort itself. I have removed the photos too insure you that they won't be displayed any further based on your response to the overall experience itself. Thank you and the best of wishes.
