I’m not sure if other business owners understand this but returning clients are those that are treated with respect, listened to and given the service... that is asked for. Onika’s pleasant demeanor and warm personality was shown throughout the appointment scheduling process to even after service was complete. Onika did a wonderful job (we did a bit of tag teaming lol) for my little. She invests in her business and takes no shortcuts. I’ve never been to a stylist where we were offered Snapple Apple drink (lol!). She has everything you could ask for and takes her time to ensure you have her full attention and don’t feel rushed. She genuinely cares about making sure you love your hair and will give you exactly what you want.
