Late Policy: • 10 minutes late = $10 late fee • 15 minutes late = $15 late fee • More than 15 minutes late = appointment cancelled Soak-Off Policy: • If nails need to be soaked off after your service has started, there will be a $10 soak-off fee • Please book a soak-off after every 4t set. Cancellation Policy: • Same-day cancellations require a new deposit to rebook • Cancelling refill appointments will result in an additional $10 fee LIGuest Policy: • I am kid-friendly • No extra guests allowed unless they are being serviced. Respect My Time Please arrive on time and book the correct services so appointments run smoothly for everyone.
