Having a busy schedule and trying to maintain locs can be challenging, especially for a high school senior with band and organizations occupying so mu...ch of their time. My daughter went several months without a retwist because of after-school practices, weekend games, and competitions. But this weekend, I lucked up and found Bawsy and I’m so glad I did. She scheduled us for an evening appointment and answered every question I had quickly and professionally. With me having zero experience in loc maintenance, she took the time to walk my daughter through exactly what she needs to do until her next appointment. That alone earned major points. But what sealed it was my daughter’s reaction. She said, “I love her energy. She’s not pushy and she listens to her clients.” And for the first time since starting her loc journey, my daughter actually let someone style her locs and she LOVED it. This is a girl who has only worn them down since day one, so that speaks volumes about Bawsy’s professionalism, her ability to meet clients where they are, and the trust she builds right away.
