I only went here due to seeing everyone saying great things about this place and all the great reviews but unfortunately for me it was the opposite. S...he was a wonderful and friendly person but the service was horrible, I even mentioned how other places would keep cutting my nails crooked and she actually did the same. All my nails are uneven, one side longer than the other etc.. my feet didn’t even get filed which is fine but that’s the least I would expect for the price I paid. For the services I got from her I can just go to any other person who even does nails at home and pay between $20-$30 and they do a better job. I guess this was not the case where you get what you paid for because I paid a lot and didn’t get what was expected.

I was genuinely surprised to read your review because, throughout your visit, you appeared happy with the service and never mentioned any concerns. Had you brought them to my attention at the time, I would have gladly addressed them immediately. I would also like to clarify that the service you booked was a Regular Pedicure, which does not include foot filing. That service is part of one of my upgraded pedicure treatments, not the regular pedicure. Regarding the nail shape, I do not recall cutting your nails unevenly, as I always take great care with every client. If you had contacted me shortly after your appointment, I would have been more than happy to evaluate your concerns and find a solution. I take great pride in my work and always strive to provide the best experience possible for every client. My reviews reflect the care and dedication I put into every appointment. While I respect your opinion, I do wish you had given me the opportunity to address your concerns before leaving a review a month later. Thank you for your feedback, and I wish you all the best.
