You did arrive 30 minutes late to your appointment and only came inside after I texted you that I am only able to accept a grace period of 15 mins. I still serviced you and didn't even charge you a late fee. You came in on your laptop, I asked if you were working, and you said no, it was a meeting. You had on a headset in which I couldn't even get to your hair. On your personal phone, on your work phone. We didn't even talk. Not to mention, your hair was in a damaged condition in which I had to ask questions in order to service you better. I'm thankful for your review as I did not feel comfortable services you as time continued and do not feel I am the best stylist for you. Peace and blessings.
