I had a great time at my appointment! The services I received were a brow lamination and tint, an eyelash lift and tint, and a Brazilian wax. This was... my first time receiving any of these services so I was quite nervous. From the get go the communication was awesome. She messaged me before my appointment and took the time to answer any questions I had about prep. When I had trouble finding the office she walked out to greet me. The new client sheets and other forms she has are beautiful, very visually appealing. As a plus size woman, I was EXTRA nervous for my wax. Thankfully you could tell she is a pro and I didnā€™t have any issues or feelings of awkwardness during my service. She walked me through everything as it was happening so there was no surprises, which I appreciate!! She made sure to clean up my lashes and my brows before getting started. My lashes came out beautiful and lifted! I can really tell the difference in tint when comparing them to my lower lashes too. At first I was nervous about my eyebrows, but after giving them a little pat down and washing off some of the extra tint they came out beautiful. I gave them a little trim and shaped them how I normally would and now Iā€™m in love! I would happily return to her in the future. Not only that, but she has punch cards too! Itā€™s always nice to have an incentive for return. Thank you for all your hard work!!
