I am impressed! Nyarai graciously welcomed me into the clean, single chair salon. She was professional, prepared, and ready for my scheduled appoint...ment for a four-hour Keratin treatment. Hearing the background music and seeing the video screen saver she selected for me, a gray-haired woman in my 70’s, was a thoughtful touch that created a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. She explained the process and answered my questions giving me confidence in her knowledge and experience. Her skills were on point, taking care to protect my skin from the heat.
