Been a long time loyal customer to Manny. Barber wise his skills are unmatched. However in my last experience I was pretty disappointed on the lack of... understanding. I had come into contact with COVID and informed Manny two hours before my appointment of the matter (I found out late the evening prior). I informed him I tried to get a rapid test but there was no way I was getting one in time for my appointment as the line for testing was through the roof. He did in fact offer to cut me at a later time that day after 7:00 if my results were negative but, one, I work at night so that would be impossible, and second the medical facility reached their limit for the day when we returned at 2:00. I understand while it’s not his fault of my situation, it’s also unfair to still be charged cancelation for doing the right thing. I could have, and probably should have said nothing at all and my situation would have been avoided. As a customer who always shows up on time, tips, and has brought in other customers it would have been cool to get a pass on this matter. I wish you the best in your endeavors. To anyone reading, this isn’t a review based on quality of Manny’s work. Just a frustrating experience from a once long time customer. All the best. Show more
