Booked a time slot and then found out my time overlapped with someone else. I reached out to confirm a new time and she did not respond. This appointm...ent was for my honeymoon and I had to go somewhere else last minute. I texted her expressing the lack of communication and she immediately blocked me. Very unprofessional.
