Walked in was not greeted what so ever. I had an appointment at 10:30. I came at 10:20, I don’t even know who my barber was. There is no name to this ...account. I was first to walk in also I had an appointment. People are getting seated before me. Super unprofessional, a new guest should be welcomed not outcasted. Overall wasted my time there was no care for time. Feel like I shouldn’t have to confirm if I had an appointment or not especially if I don’t even know who’s cutting my hair. Every other 5 star barbershop I walk into always greets me and asks if I have an appointment. Faded did nothing. Show more

Sorry for the inconvenience my guy.usually people who walk into a busy barbershop and already have a appointment at least ask about their appointment.everyone who walks into faded barbershop is asked if they have an appointment to say the least.
