Ben is truly talented with the clippers. Every cut I received was clean, precise, and professional. I appreciated the atmosphere and don’t trust anyon...e else with clippers or scissors near my hair. When he had to cancel due to extreme weather, he notified me with ample notice, and I was surprised to find myself fit into his full schedule the next day. Ben has always took the time to understand what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. Ben is a talented barber, and I was a loyal client for several years without any major issues. Unfortunately, my review is based not on his barbering... skills, but on the experience I had with scheduling and communication. There were multiple occasions where Ben canceled on me the same day—three times within just a few hours of my appointment—with little or no explanation. Most recently, I had to cancel an appointment with about seven hours' notice. To my surprise, I was blocked from booking future services. I reached out to Ben directly to discuss the situation, but rather than having a transparent conversation, he wasn't willing to respond. It’s a disappointing way to end a long-standing professional relationship, especially given the mutual respect I thought we shared. I always tipped well and did my best to be a reliable client.
