I clearly explained that I wanted a fade for my grandson’s haircut, but he gave him a completely different style. When I asked if he could fix it, I w...as told I would need to pay for a new haircut and wait until he finished with the next client even though the mistake was his. That was very disrespectful. It was my scheduled appointment, I should not be pushed aside or expected to wait because of his error. No customer should have to pay again for a service that wasn’t done correctly the first time. I will not be returning. Show more
