She did an amazing job on my lashes and even shared helpful tips to keep them healthy and growing. I left not only loving my lashes but also feeling cared for. Full, fluffy, and still lightweight. She really knows how to customize the shape and style to compliment your face. The suite was clean, cozy, and had such a fun and relaxing vibe. It’s clear she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I’ve already gotten tons of compliments and I’m obsessed with how they turned out. Very unprofessional. Booksy confirmed my appointment but Miss Brown never reached out personally. The morning of the appointment came and I had to fin...d her number and call. No response. I text multiple times. No response. After driving 30 minutes, I sat outside the location for 20 minutes, and she still didn’t even respond to say she wouldn’t be available or she needed to reschedule. Nothing. I’m extremely disappointed I have a vacation I’m leaving for and will not be able to get my lashes done before I leave now. Maybe revising the hours of availability would eliminate this issue in the future but I won’t be rebooking. Show more
