Full, fluffy, and still lightweight. She really knows how to customize the shape and style to compliment your face. The suite was clean, cozy, and had such a fun and relaxing vibe. Very unprofessional. Booksy confirmed my appointment but Miss Brown never reached out personally. The morning of the appointment came and I had to fin...d her number and call. No response. I text multiple times. No response. After driving 30 minutes, I sat outside the location for 20 minutes, and she still didn’t even respond to say she wouldn’t be available or she needed to reschedule. Nothing. I’m extremely disappointed I have a vacation I’m leaving for and will not be able to get my lashes done before I leave now. Maybe revising the hours of availability would eliminate this issue in the future but I won’t be rebooking. Show more
