I'm sorry that you are not happy with my services. I asked you multiple times if you were happy and you made absolutely no indication that you were unhappy. I even said, "My only job is to make sure that you are happy." Please stop by the shop anytime and I would be happy refund you or cut your hair more to your honest liking.
