I am so impressed with Skyway Strength! The professionalism, knowledge and kindness of Coach Seril is unmatched. I look forward to my sessions each we...ek and can see results and improvement in my strength. I appreciate how personalized my workouts are and positive encouragement of where I am in my journey. The drop in group classes are such a bonus to build community and continue to keep yourself accountable with all the work you are doing with personal training. Coach plays great music and the circuit program is awesome. All the weights are laid out for your level ahead of arriving and coach is keeping a constant eye to make sure everyone is safe, having fun and working hard! The studio is very clean, organized and has well kept high quality equipment. In the summer months, the AC is cranked up to make sure the you are cool! Always water and towels ready as a nice amenity and perfectly clean restroom. I like the large tall and bright room for group fitness. The space is great and thoughtfully laid out. I would suggest Skyway Strength for anyone looking for a personalized program with a group fitness opportunity that cannot stand the big box gyms. I am so lucky to find Coach Seril and join this incredible community that is changing my health and happiness!
