A1 service, my hair is pretty!
Merchant did not respond to my messages regarding what was needed for services. I did not attend appt due to non communication. Immediately escalated ...to Groupon support. Since I didn't make appointment, merchant marked my voucher as used and kept money. Groupon support did not resolve said it was between me and merchant. Merchant did not provide services, did not respond to my messages, but yet kept my money and would not refund. Show more

Moe was so nice and sweet. She made me feel very comfortable. This is my very first micro rings braidless sew in.I usually get the traditional sew in.... I was looking for more of a natural look and versatile sew in. I was skeptical at first but she explained everything to me in great detail step by step throughout the whole sew in process.
